These Terms govern your use of darasa.my (the "Platform"), operated by [legal entity] trading as Click2Skill ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
darasa.my is an online learning platform offering short, practical courses. It is a product of Click2Skill.
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you may only use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared. Notify us at hello@darasa.my of any unauthorised use.
When you enrol in a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for your own learning. You may not copy, record, download (except where a download is expressly provided), resell, share, or redistribute any course content. Courses may include a recommended completion window; your access to the material remains available as described on the course, but certain rewards (such as certificates) may depend on completing within that window.
Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Payments are processed by our payment provider (Paystack), supporting M-Pesa and card. By paying, you authorise the charge for the selected course. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect courses you have already purchased.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as set out in our Refund Policy and as required by law.
Where a course offers a certificate, it is awarded on genuine completion of the course requirements. Certificates are issued for your personal use. We may correct, reissue, or revoke a certificate that was issued in error or obtained improperly.
You agree not to: share or resell your account or course access; copy, scrape, or redistribute content; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material; or interfere with the Platform's operation or security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
All course content, text, video, designs, logos, and the darasa.my brand are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted to you except the limited access licence in Section 5.
Our courses are educational. We share practical skills, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including employment, income, clients, or business results. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of income, profits, or data arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
