Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

darasa.my sells digital course access that is delivered to you immediately on purchase. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the course description and details before you buy.

2. Why

Because you receive instant access to digital content the moment you enrol, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is made.

3. Limited exceptions

We may, at our discretion or where required by law, consider a refund or correction in these cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same course (a duplicate payment).
• A technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing a course you paid for and we are unable to resolve it.

To raise either, contact us at hello@darasa.my within 7 days of the payment, with your payment reference.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or other applicable Kenyan law.

5. Need more time, not a refund?

If you simply need longer to finish a course, contact us on WhatsApp or at hello@darasa.my. We can often extend your completion window rather than process a refund.
